Email All Documents - New VIA Update

Recently launched in the latest update of VIA is the ability to email all documents in a PDF which includes company letter head and terms and conditions.

The latest update now gives the option to email any letter, invoice or receipt in the form of a PDF file, as well as print as required.  The attachment is also merged with the company letter head plus any terms and conditions giving the document a professional look that can be printed by the customer. The obvious benefits to this facility mean cost savings for unnecessary print outs of documents,  postage costs and the customer can be sent documents that are required immediately, eg next day travel.
